Miromar Design Center has launched a new appreciation program designed especially for your clients and you!
What Your Clients Will Receive Compliments of You
A free, annual A -CLUB membership per couple entitling them to more than $25,000 worth of Savings Certificates from 17+ world-class stores such as Ralph Lauren Home, Roche Bobois, Baker, Henredon, Poggenpohl and many more — all compliments of YOU! Cardholders also will receive a VIP guided tour of the Miromar Design Center and a gift bag on their initial visit.
How It Works
Once your client closes on a new or pre-owned home you will give them the Savings Certificate Portfolio as a closing gift. All that is necessary is for you to print your client’s name and your name in the space provided on each certificate. A letter to your client from Miromar Design Center will be enclosed explaining the redemption process and the benefits of becoming an A-Club member.
Who Should Receive This Gift?
Whether your client is in need of a house-full, room-full or even an accent piece of furniture, they will benefit from your gift. We have experts and resources for remodeling projects as well.
You Will Receive Our Appreciation Too
On your client’s initial visit, they will check-in with our Concierge at the front desk and complete a registration form. All registered clients and all REALTORS (regardless of whether they have participated in the program) will receive an invitation to an Appreciation Cocktail Party to be held at the Miromar Design Center in the Spring of 2012.
This Savings Certificate Program Will Begin On
August 1, 2011 and expire on February 29, 2012.
