ESTERO, FL - The public is invited to attend the next in a series of exciting and informative events and seminars presented by Miromar Design Center, FREE and open to the public. Miromar Design Center is located on Corkscrew Road in Estero across from Miromar Outlets, I-75, exit 123, between Naples and Fort Myers.

"Sustainable Building in Both Subtropical Florida and Alpine
Colorado: Challenges and Opportunities"
Dr. John Fitch, Director Florida Gulf Coast University's Sustaining Tomorrow Today Project, explores the challenges and opportunities of building sustainable housing. Learn the latest in "Going Green" from the ground up in new construction. A leader in conservation and sustainability for 40 years, Dr. Fitch was an advisor on Global policy issues with the Carter administration receiving and is a renowned professor at both Tufts University and Florida Gulf Coast University where he is building the environmental studies program from the ground up.

Learn how social media integrates technology, telecommunications and social interaction from Cyndee Woolley, an Accredited Public Relations (APR) professional with 9 years of experience in marketing and public relations, locally. Cyndee will discuss communications strategies that employ social media tools such as online communities, text messaging, blogs, Facebook, Linked In and Twitter.
